Thanks for visiting - I am a UK based photographer with a love for civil and military aviation. I have photographed aircraft for over 30 years having started with civil airliners at Teesside before moving onto to military after I joined the RAF in 1986.

Today, with the downsizing of the RAF, opportunities are limited, but with modern digital photographic equipment the ability to capture images has never been better (and easier). I spend my spare time in the UK Low Flying System (UKLFS), particularly in the Mach Loop - Wales, and love the challenge of it all.

AirTeamCanon More recently and with the help of some other photographers we created AirTeamCanon which brings together some of the best military aviation images that I and the other contributing photographers have taken. The Team also provides updates through Facebook, Twitter and YouTube which can be found on the links below.

I have written several Canon equipment reviews with perhaps the most popular being the AutoFocus settings on the 1DMKIV which can be found here. It delivers outstanding quality when set up correctly.
